The Mauz Quartet thrives on the spontaneous interplay of its four creative jazz musicians. They surprise with free improvisations and complex compositions. The band performs as a unified entity, captivating audiences with their soloistic skill and dynamic interaction.

Since autumn 2015, Mario Mauz (guitar), Daniel Affentranger (alto saxophone), Mischa Frey (double bass) and Michael Süess (drums) have been playing their own compositions and jazz standards. Through shared experiences in the studio and on stage, they have developed a unique band sound.
